FINANCE ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the whole process of financial transactions within the company to support a smooth transactions accurately and effectively

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university with major accounting and GPA min 3.00
  2. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  3. Strong leadership skill, systematic and strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal skill

FLEET ACCOUNT OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for creating corporate new account in order to achieve sales volume; good AR quality and maintaining existing customer and exceed customer expectation to create a mutually beneficial relationship. As our liason, you have to understand the needs and interests of the customer and adjust it with the conditions that can be provided by company, conduct a business potential analysis and measure market potential

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university
  2. Max age: 28 years old; fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  3. Have an experience as corporate account officer min 1,5 years (preferably in financing company or banking)
  4. Have a great network and drive to achieve target, team player, strong analytical thinking and communication skill, literate in English (mandarin as an added value)

CREDIT HEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing acquisition function on branch credit decision in accordance to company policies and procedures through optimal portfolio management. Previous experience in credit analysis and recommendation is a must

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum age of 33 years old
  3. Have a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience in similar position
  4. Strong leadership skill, systematic and strong analythical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever
  5. Ready to be assigned in all around Indonesia

COLLECTION HEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing collection function in the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and optimizing the overall assets management.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum age of 33 years old
  3. Having minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position in financing company or banking
  4. Strong leadership skill, systematic & strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever
  5. Ready to be assigned in all around Indonesia

SERVICE HEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overall branch service standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee relations and branch infrastructure. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum age of 32 years old
  3. Having min 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking
  4. Strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication.
  5. Read to be assigned in all around Indonesia

BRANCH MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing overall Sales, Service, Credit and Collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services to achieve the branch target. The ideal candidate should be competent in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  2. Maximum age of 33 years old
  3. Having minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position
  4. Showing good leadership skill, systematic & strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
The program will prepare you to become our leader. You have to show excellent qualities in learning, planning, leading and execution to be qualified to join the program.
