Sharia Regional Marketing Head
Location: Medan, Samarinda, Semarang

Responsibilities:

Creating a regional plan that includes annual work program, budget, human resources, and facilities that are used as guidance in conducting regional activities in the coming year to achieve the set target
Develop strategies in regional market penetration to increase market share
Continuously strive to make breakthrough in the development of business to increase its market share to support the fulfillment of targets GWP regional sHere
Manage the profitability of all segments in the region to be able to produce the optimal profit
Establish good relationships with VIP customers to improve the smoothness of the business
Monitor the implementation of sales activity in the region to evaluate the performance has been achieved and the planned corrective or preventive actions to things that deviates from a predetermined plan
Subordinate development process and ensure the implementation of the development of human resources with subordinates so as to obtain the optimal capacity

Requirements:

Minimum education S1
Having minimum 5 years working experience in the field of insurance sales marketing sharia
