OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)
A program designed to produce a reliable and professional officer. the program will be given training includes aspects of financial services business knowledge, good practice field and other supporting aspects.
Qualifications:
- Education min. S1 from any discipline
- GPA min. 2.73 to 3.00 for S1 and S2 (Scale 4)
- Age Max. 25 years to pass 28 years for S1 and S2
- Having a keen power of analysis, interpersonal skills and good communication
- Willing to be placed in branch Adira Kredit offices throughout Indonesia.
- Willing to undergo bond
SALES SUPERVISOR (SS)
Main tasks:
- Coordinating team sales to achieve sales targets.

Main tasks:
- Carry out administrative and document processing activities to support the smooth operations of the company.
Qualifications:
- Education min. D3 from any discipline
- Preferred experience in administrative min. 1 year
- Skillfully operate computer (Ms. Office)
- Workmanlike, thorough, and can work together in teams
REGIONAL HR
Main tasks:
- In cooperation with the Branch Manager and the relevant parties, to handle recruitment , training , development , & employee relations in the areas of responsibility, so that each process can run effectively & efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education min. S1 from any discipline
- Has an interest & interest in the field of HR
- Preferably have experience in the areas where HR
- Having a keen power of analysis, communicative, and can work together in teams
- Willing to be placed in one of the region: Pekan baru, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Banjarmasin and Makassar
Code Position: Regional HR – Placement Area (Example: Regional HR – Banjarmasin)
Compliance Officer
Main tasks:
- Maintain and monitor corporate compliance with all applicable internal and external
- Conduct review periodically to the company’s processes and procedures
- Perform updates and internal dissemination of the new rules external (Bank Indonesia regulation, the Minister of Finance, etc.)
- Ensure follow-up, execution and commitment to the company’s external and internal audit
Qualifications:
- Education min. S1 majoring in Economics / Banking / Finance
- Experience Min. 2 years as a Compliance Officer in the banking or finance companies.
- Understand the provisions / regulations / reporting in banking, finance or corporate finance
- Good English language skills
