Executive Secretary (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

Female, minimum 25 years old
Graduated from reputable University/Secretarial Academy or related field
Having experience as an Executive Secretary for President Director at least 3 years (from multinational companies are preferable)
Fluent in English both speaking and writing is a must, speak other language will be an advantage
Good knowledge and skills on secretarial and administration jobs
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all levels management
Mature, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative & teamwork, and able to work under pressure and / or with tight deadline
