Recruitment & Assessment Supervisor (REC)
Job Responsibility:

Developing strategies and plans in manpower planning and recruitment
Managing and monitoring all recruitment & selection process
Aligning recruitment team with business/ organization goals
Responsible for delivering Assessment Center in parts of individual development plan
Involving in Talent Management process
Supporting internal users as business partner and building relationship with external vendors

Job Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor Degree’s (S1), majoring in Psychology
Having min. 4 year(s) of working experience in recruiting candidates & assessment field, and preferably min. 1 year in supervisory level
Having good capability in Recruitment Management
Able to administer psychological test & competency based interview
Able to analyze psychological result report
Having practice concept and delivery of Assessment Center process
Good knowledge in Talent Management
Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
Good communication & leadership skill
Proficient in English (verbal & written)
