Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direction, motivation, supervision and ensuring the team & individual targets can be achieved.
- Responsible for designing and developing business strategies to achieve the target of Sharia-compliant funding & lending that has been determined.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Minimal S1 with min GPA 2.5
- At least 3 years work experience in the field of banking marketing
- Have the ability in terms of analysis
- Has leadership abilities
- Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products in general
- Love a challenge and quickly learn new things
- Like activities that allow to meet new people and mobile
- Target oriented
- Having the ability to communicate persuasively
- Have English language skills both verbal and written
- Able to operate computer programs and windows
Account Officer Syariah (AOS) work location Jakarta Raya
